General Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) of Hair House GmbH

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the Client and Hair House GmbH, Moosstrasse 19, CH-6003 Luzern, UID CHE-219.540.400.

They apply to all purchases made via our website or directly at our showroom in Lucerne.

Any deviations or amendments require written confirmation

2. Orders and Returns

Orders are accepted only from end-consumers. Goods are sold solely for private use and in household quantities.

2.1 Ready-to-Wear

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days after receipt.

Items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, undamaged, with intact labels and packaging.

Returns are at the Client's expense; insured shipping is recommended.

2.2 Pre-Order / Waiting List and Deposit

To confirm a place on the waiting list, the Client pays a deposit of CHF 1000 per item.

The deposit constitutes a partial pre-payment and is non-refundable, except when the Company cannot fulfill the order.

Production starts upon receipt of the deposit and takes 4–6 weeks.

Once completed, the Client is personally notified and must settle the remaining balance before dispatch.

2.3 Custom-Made / Limited Edition

Tailor-made and limited pieces are produced to individual specifications and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled after confirmation, except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF, inclusive of VAT.

Accepted payment methods: Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer.

The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client.

Additional import duties and taxes outside Switzerland are borne by the Client.

Shipments are sent via Post Swiss, UPS, DHL or FedEx.

Responsibility passes to the Client upon delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 days.

Shipping terms: CIF / DDU (Cost, Insurance and Freight paid by the brand; duties borne by the Client).

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

6. Warranty

A two-year warranty applies in accordance with Swiss law (OR Art. 210), covering manufacturing or material defects only.

It does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper care, or alterations.

7. Care and Client Responsibility

Each piece is handcrafted and requires delicate care.

Comprehensive care instructions are provided to the Client in a dedicated booklet enclosed with each product's packaging.

The Client is required to carefully read and follow these instructions before using the item.

Failure to comply with the care guidelines may result in the loss of warranty and release the company from any responsibility for damage caused by improper care.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in line with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), used solely for order fulfilment or, with consent, for brand communications.

Data may be shared only with trusted service partners (shipping, payment) to the minimum extent required.

9. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed upon order confirmation (including electronic confirmation).

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without stating reasons.

10. Contract Formation

Swiss law applies exclusively; the UN Sales Convention (CISG) is excluded.

Exclusive jurisdiction: Lucerne, Switzerland.

Invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remainder.
